    sat nav issue

The breakfast was a true feast, with great home-cooked options that fueled my culinary adventures around Biggar. Gillian was a gem, our dietary needs were met. Plus, the family room was super spacious and super clean! Don't miss out on the local fried fish at Aroma Coffee House, it's a game changer!

On the flip side, finding the Old Mill was a bit tricky. The sat nav took us to a house instead of the B&B. A cheeky suggestion for the owners, the carpark location is 'Stockpile. Sleepers. Spent'. Despite this, everything else shined!

The double room was spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully equipped, with comfortable bedding and a generous selection of teas and coffees. The breakfast was a good feast, tailored to our dietary needs with the owners going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. The charm of the hotel, with its lovingly restored old mill features.

    Finding it was tricky.

    Biggar bliss 🌳✨

Had such a lekker time! The brekkie was to die for, like home-cooked heaven, and the room was super cozy with modern touches. Plus, the hosts were just the friendliest, giving me great recommendations. Perfect spot for a chilled getaway!

Finding the place took a bit of a jaunt due to dodgy directions, maybe Google Maps next time?

Braw place with a peaceful setting, cozy room, and a smashing breakfast that had plenty of options! Gillian was a lovely host, pure dead brilliant with her hospitality. Only downside was it took a wee bit of time to find. Will definitely return!

    comfortable bedding
    quaint atmosphere
    navigation issue

Double Room with Private Bathroom featured comfortable bedding and plenty of space to move around. The setting had its charm, nestled away from the bustle with a quaint atmosphere.

Getting there posed a bit of a challenge. The Satnav led me astray initially, landing me at someone's house instead of the intended destination. The hairdryer cord was annoyingly short. The absence of a percolated coffee option during breakfast was disappointing, as it would have been a perfect finishing touch to an otherwise good meal.

    Super cozy and cute!

Spent a night here and it was just lovely! The family room was super spacious and had everything we needed. Gillian was helpful. The breakfast itself was a feast! Only wish check-in was earlier. Otherwise, a perfect spot for a chill getaway.

The family room was massive and super comfy! Loved how modern the bathroom was. The beds were like clouds. Plenty of space to move around, and it felt super clean. We even had Netflix for the kids which was a nice surprise. Plus, the owners were so cute. Definitely a cozy spot to unwind!
